Abstract

Background. The current situation in the country has significantly changed the requirements for the educational process and directly for the teaching at the Department of Disaster Medicine and Military Medical Training. The consequence is the widespread implementation of the latest standards for the provision of emergency medical care with elements of pre-medical care for victims in accordance with clinical protocols and requirements of clinical practice. The aim was using international experience in practice, identifies ways to improve the training of medical practitioners to provide pre-hospital care and based on the experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Anti-terrorist Operation in Southeastern Ukraine to identify key aspects of civil and military health care organization of interaction. Materials and methods. The work is based on data from the dynamic study of scientific, practical and educational work of the Department of Disaster Medicine and Military Medical Trai­ning Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine from 2015 to 2021. Results. Analysis of survey data and conducting pre- and post-test surveys, as a result of an integrated approach and the use of various modern technical means in the classroom and bringing the situation closer to real conditions. The embodiment of the presented form of training for stimulation of motivation to improvement of professional competence of doctors in a situation which has deve­loped in the country is shown. Opportunities to stimulate cognitive activity, methods of forming emotional interest and productive activity. Conclusions. Training at the Department of Disaster Medicine and Military Medical Training contributes to the deepening of knowledge and practical skills of students of all specialties in the field of disaster medicine and military medical training. The use of active forms of learning in the educational process, the method of modeling, justification of personal motivation to deepen knowledge and practical skills provides a significant opportunity to form a model of behavior to maintain a positive mental state, the ability to overcome emotional stress and its dangerous consequences. Dynamic study of the results of the pedagogical process carried out at the department allows to identify shortcomings and achieve the desired results. ; Актуальність. Ситуація, що склалась в країні протягом останніх років, значно змінила вимоги до навчального процесу і безпосередньо до викладання надання АТО/ООС на Сході України. Результатом цього є впровадження новітніх стандартів з надання екстреної медичної допомоги з елементами домедичної допомоги постраждалим у відповідності до клінічних протоколів та вимог клінічної практики. Мета: запровадити міжнародний досвід з надання медичної допомоги та визначити шляхи удосконалення підготовки медичних працівників наданню медичної допомоги на догоспітальному етапі з врахуванням досвіду Збройних сил України в антитерористичній операції на сході України та визначити основні аспекти організації взаємодії цивільної та військової системи охорони здоров'я за умов бойових дій. Матеріали та методи. Робота базується на аналізі даних динамічного вивчення наукової, практичної та навчально-методичної роботи кафедри медицини катастроф та військово-медичної підготовки на протязі 2015 - 2021 рр. Використані методи системного аналізу, соціологічний та медико-статистичний методи. Результати. За результатами даних, що отримані під час дослідження запропоновано комплексний підхід щодо використання на заняттях різноманітних сучасних технічних засобів і наближення учбових ситуації до реальних умов. Показано впровадження представленої форми навчання як стимулювання мотивації до удосконалення професійної компетенції лікарів, формування емоційної зацікавленості та продуктивної діяльності. Висновки. Використання в навчальному процесі активних форм навчання на кафедрі медицини катастроф та військово-медичної підготовки сприяє поглибленню знань і практичних навичок слухачами з усіх спеціальностей, а також сформувати модель поведінки для збереження позитивного психічного стану, можливості долати емоційну напругу та її небезпечні наслідки.
