Abstract

Digitalization has become a global trend and covers all spheres of public life. It does not miss the field of municipal government, where the development and development of digital technologies are associated with opportunities to achieve significant results in community development. The purpose of the work is to determine the directions of digitalization of municipal government in Ukraine.Some important areas of digital transformation of municipal government and "breakthrough" digital technologies that should ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of municipal services are identified.It is concluded that the digitalization of municipal government will increase its effectiveness. The success of digitalization of municipal government will depend on the extent to which it takes into account the universal requirements for results-based management. ; Цифровізація стала світовим трендом і охоплює всі сфери суспільного життя. Не оминає вона і поле муніципального управління, де з розвитком та освоєнням цифрових технологій пов'язані можливості досягнення значних результатів у розвитку громад. Метою роботи є визначення напрямків цифровізації муніципального управління в Україні.Визначені деякі важливі напрямки цифрової трансформації муніципального управління та «проривні» цифрові технології, які мають забезпечити результативність та ефективність муніципальних послуг.Зроблено висновок, що цифровізація муніципального управління сприятиме підвищенню його результативності. При цьому успіх цифровізації муніципального управління буде залежати від того, якою мірою при її проведенні враховані універсальні вимоги до управління за результатами.
