Abstract

Of economic theory of the third millennium comprehensive research is a central problem of maintenance, structure, conformities to the law of becoming and development, features of the modern economic systems and their comparative analysis. Indeed, the comprehensive research of the economic systems logically results in their comparison, which includes typology systems on the basis of whole palette of objective criteria. This actual and difficult theoretical problem, which has an important practical and political value extraordinarily, can be more adequate untied without development of its theory-methodological aspects. Exactly from the theory-methodological bases of comparative analysis of the modern economic systems the correct complex picture depends by the deciding appearance of the systems, finding out of tendencies of their development, evolution of dominating public, economic, ecological values, degree of scientific the substantiate proper conclusions and prognostication of subsequent transformation of the economic systems in the present terms of the considerable strengthening of them environmentally sustainable development and globalizations. Of our scientific research a comparative analysis is a characteristic feature of the modern economic systems from positions of post-industrial paradigm, through the prism of forming of informative (post-industrial after the history essence) society and society, based on knowledges. The analysis of existing approaches of the Ukrainian and foreign scientists to the comparative analysis of the economic systems tricks into to the conclusion about that this extraordinarily important and actual theory-methodological problem, which has a substantial practical, political value, is far still untied. Thus remains unsolved theoretical problem of substantiate mathematical model of comparison of the systems on the threshold of the third millennium. Of article opening is a purpose of theory-methodological bases and conception of comparative analysis of the modern economic systems in the context of strengthening of ecological and global processes, substantiate optimum mathematical model of comparison of the economic systems with the purpose of optimization of economic models of organization of public life in future. Of our research is methods above all things dialectical, history, logical, system, comparative, scenario analysis and in. Authors substantiate own conception of comparison of the economic systems taking into account five basic groups of indexes-criteria: economic, social and cultural purposes, political rights, ecological, information service, globalizations. It is marked, that such theory-methodological approach answers the objective development of civilization, to newest world social-economic reality of beginning of the third millennium and enables to compare difficult and contradictory processes of economic evolution both up-to-date national economic systems, and up-to-date supranational economic system educations, to expose in the comparative context aimed of that or other economic system on forming of informative (postindoustrial), society and ecologically balanced ("green") economy as pre-conditions of his steady development. In development of this theory-methodological approach an author mathematical model is offered of comparative analysis of the economic systems. ; В статье раскрыты теоретико-методологические основы сравнительного анализа современных экономических систем в условиях усиления их экологизации и глобализации. Авторы обосновывают собственную концепцию сравнения экономических систем с учетом пяти основных групп показателей-критериев: экономических, социально-культурных, политико-правовых, экологических, информацийнно-"интелектуальных" и глобализационных. Отмечено, что такой теоретико-методологический подход отвечает объективному развитию цивилизации, новейшим мировым общественно-экономическим реалиям начала третьего тысячелетия и дает возможность сравнивать сложные и противоречивые процессы экономической эволюции как на уровне национальных экономических систем, так и на уровне наднациональных экономических системных образований, выявить в сравнительном контексте нацеленность той или другой экономической системы на формирование информационного (постиндустриального), "интелектуального" общества и экологически сбалансированной ("зеленой") экономики как предпосылки его устойчивого развития. В развитие этого теоретико-методологического подхода предложена авторская математическая модель сравнительного анализа экономических систем. ; У статті розкрито теоретико-методологічні основи порівняльного аналізу сучасних економічних систем в умовах посилення їх екологізації та глобалізації. Автори обґрунтовують власну концепцію порівняння економічних систем з урахуванням п'ятьох основних груп показників-критеріїв: економічних, соціально-культурних, політико-правових, екологічних, інформаційно-"знаннєвих" та глобалізаційних. Наголошено, що такий теоретико-методологічний підхід відповідає об'єктивному розвитку цивілізації, найновішим світовим суспільно-економічним реаліям початку третього тисячоліття і дає змогу порівнювати складні й суперечливі процеси економічної еволюції як на рівні національних економічних систем, так і на рівні наднаціональних економічних системних утворень, виявити у порівняльному контексті націленість тієї чи іншої економічної системи на формування інформаційного (постіндустріального), "знаннєвого" суспільства та екологічно збалансованої ("зеленої") економіки як передумови його стійкого розвитку. У розвиток цього теоретико-методологічного підходу запропоновано авторську математичну модель порівняльного аналізу економічних систем.
