Justify the idea of further development of the complex areas of law by modeling of new branches, sub-branches and institutes in the field of management of individual multi complexes formations. Обґрунтовано ідею щодо необхідності подальшого розвитку комплексних галузей права шляхом моделювання нових галузей, підгалузей та інститутів у сфері господарювання як окремих мультикомплексних утворень.
