Abstract

Українсько-американське співробітництво у контексті реалізації зовнішньополітичної доктрини США.Здійснено аналіз основних теоретичних підходів до визначення зовнішньополітичної концепції США на сучасному етапі. Розглянуто головні тенденції розвитку позиції США та України з основних міжнародних проблем та щодо шляхів вирішення питань міждержавного співробітництва. ; The article carries out the analysis of the main theoretical approaches to the definition of foreign policy conception of the USA at the modern stage. It was considered the main tendencies of the development of the USA and Ukraine positions on the basic international problems and the ways of the problems solution on inter-state collaboration.Regarding the whole complex of historiography on the problems of formation and development of Ukrainian-American relations one should underline its variety, the absence of unanimous acknowledged approaches to the sources assessments, mechanisms of realization and the level of the development of Ukrainian-American partnership.Such kinds of discrepancies in assessments are partially preconditioned by dispersity of the ways and methods used by different leaders of the United States in their plans and actions. So, mainly all of them with the benefit for national interests used inter-state conflicts in Europe, turned to diplomatic demarche which let enforce American influence on European international processes.Despite the different interpretations of priorities of the modern American foreign policy by the native and foreign historiography and political science the most of them concentrated nowadays on its European vector with the following consideration of the other regions of the world in the context of making generalizing analysis. At the same time on the basis of the so-called peripheral systems of international relations it was worked out the instruments of the general paradigm of the USA behavior on the international arena, and having carried out the analysis of the global international policy of the USA, it is easier to understand the causes of the belonging of Ukraine to "the zone of indifference" at the beginning of the XXth century or, vice versa, "partnership" in the system of foreign policy priorities of the USA and proclamation of strategic partnership at the beginning of the XXI century. ; Украинско-американское сотрудничество в контексте реализации внешнеполитической доктрины США.В статье проведено анализ основных теоретических подходов к определениювнешнеполитической концепции США на современном етапе. Рассмотрены главные тенденции развития позиций США и Украины по основным международным проблемам и путям разрешения вопросов межгосударственного сотрудничества.
