Abstract

Resumen: El objetivo de esta Investigación es interpretar la teoría y práctica de la biopolítica y los Movimientos Sociales Latinoamericanos emergentes en el contexto de la Globalización Neoliberal Capitalista, resignificando epistemológica, ideológica y ontológicamente a los sujetos históricos de Poder-Saber en su praxis de cambio o en movimiento en relación con sus alteridades, a través del reconocimiento de prácticas y experiencias políticas alternativas, emancipatorias y socio-culturales en emergencia; Summary: The objective of this research is to interpret the theory and practice of politics and the emerging Latin American Social Movements in the context of Capitalist Neoliberal Globalization, resignifying epistemologically, ideologically and ontologically the historical subjects of Power-Saber in their proxies of change or in movement in relation to its authorities, through the recognition of alternative political practices and experiences, emancipatory and socio-cultural in an emergency.
