Abstract

At the present stage of social development, people's life in a civilized world is constantly accompanied by diverse challenges and threats that constantly challenge humanity to find reliable and effective ways and means of reducing and mitigating their impact, both on existing global conflicts, disasters and cataclysms, and on their prevention and preventive prevention. The problem of economic security in the context of further globalization becomes the status of the highest priority in public policy. It has an exceptional significance in the argumentation of political decisions. The scientific and conceptual principles of economic security ensure the formation of appropriate policies at the level of the state or subjects of lower organizational levels. The system of ensuring economic security involves the continuous monitoring of socio-economic processes in terms of their impact on the state of economic security, the assessment of these positions strategic programs, regulations, as well as an analysis of the effectiveness of current decisions in the field of economic policy. Since the security of the state in all its forms is realized through appropriate state financing, the basis of which is the internal gross product, the most important component of it is economic security. It is characterized by such a state of the national economy, which makes it possible to maintain resilience to internal and external threats, ensures the state's competitiveness, its independence from the external environment and economic welfare of the population. The question of the correspondence of the system of national security of Ukraine to the realities of the XXI century. remains unresolved both in scientific-theoretical and in practical-political aspects. The food security of the state is an overriding component of economic security, which in turn is part of national security. The history of the development of human society shows the constant relevance of food supply to the population. Over time, these problems undergo transformation, exacerbate certain contradictions, and, despite the significant global efforts of both individual states and international organizations, food security continues to be essential for both national and international security. ; На сучасному етапі суспільного розвитку життя людей у цивілізованому світі перманентно супроводжується різноманітними викликами, загрозами, що постійно ставить перед людством завдання пошуку надійних та ефективних шляхів і компенсаторів зменшення та пом'якшення їх впливу як на існуючі глобальні конфлікти, катастрофи та катаклізми, так і на їх попередження і превентивне запобігання. Проблемність економічної безпеки в умовах подальшої глобалізації набуває статусу найвищого пріоритету в державній політиці. Виняткове значення вона має при аргументації прийняття політичних рішень. Науково-концептуальні засади про економічну безпеку забезпечують формування відповідної політики на рівні держави чи суб'єктів нижчих організаційних рівнів. Система забезпечення економічної безпеки передбачає здійснення постійного моніторингу соціально-економічних процесів з точки зору їхнього впливу на стан економічної безпеки, оцінку з цих позицій стратегічних програм, нормативно-правових актів, а також аналіз ефективності поточних рішень у сфері економічної політики. Оскільки безпека держави у всіх її формах реалізується через відповідне державне фінансування, основою якого є створений внутрішній валовий продукт, то чи не найважливішою її складовою є саме економічна безпека. Вона характеризується таким станом національної економіки, який дає змогу зберігати стійкість до внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз, забезпечує конкурентоспроможність держави, її незалежність від зовнішнього середовища та економічний добробут населення. Питання відповідності системи національної безпеки України реаліям XXI ст. залишається невирішеним як у науково-теоретичному, так і в практично-політичному аспектах. Продовольча безпека держави є надважливою складовою частиною економічної безпеки, яка в свою чергу є частиною національної безпеки. Історія розвитку людського суспільства свідчить про постійну актуальність проблем продовольчого забезпечення населення. Із часом ці проблеми зазнають трансформацій, загострюються ті чи інші суперечності, і, незважаючи на значні глобальні зусилля як з боку окремих держав, так і міжнародних організацій, продовольче забезпечення і надалі має істотне значення як для національної, так і для міжнародної безпеки.
