TÜRKİYE'DE ÇOK PARTİLİ DÖNEME GEÇİŞ SONRASI DOĞU'DA GENEL SEÇİMLER VE MİLLETVEKİLLERİNİNDEMOGRAFİK ÖZELLİKLERİ (1945-1960) ; GENERAL ELECTIONS IN THE EAST AFTER MULTI-PARTY TRANSITION IN TURKEY AND DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF DEPUTIES (1945-1960)

Abstract

1923-1938 arası tek parti döneminde merkezi devletle çatışma halinde olan Kürtler, 1945 sonrasında farklı bir devlet politikasıyla karşı karşıya kalmıştı. Çok partili sistemle birlikte Kürtlerin oyu partiler açısından önemli hale gelmişti. 1945 sonrası dönem, format değiştiren Türkiye'nin Kürt meselesine yeni bir bakış açısıyla baktığı yıllardı. Artık partilerin bu yeni dönemdeki amacı, Kürt halkına daha yakın olmak ve bu doğrultuda bölgeyi bilen kişileri aday göstermekti. Bu süreçte geçmişte sürgün yemiş bazı Kürtler siyasete giriyordu. Aynı zamanda yeni Kürt kökenli eğitimli gençler parlamentoda yer almaya başlamıştı. Bu doğrultuda Kürtlerin siyasete girdiğini ve bir Kürt aydın hareketinin var olduğunu görmekteyiz. Bu detaylar çalışmada gösterilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar dönemin iki büyük partisi Demokrat Parti ve Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Seçimler dışında dört dönem süresince seçilmiş milletvekillerinin çeşitli özellikleri gösterilmiştir. ; The Kurds in conflict with the central state during single party period between 1923 and 1938, faced a different state policy after 1945. In the multi-party system, the Kurds' tendency was important for the parties. Post-1945 period is a period that the format changing Turkey was looking to the Kurdish problem with a new point of view. The aim of parties in this new period is to be closer to the Kurdish people and to nominate the people who knew the region. Some Kurds, who had exiled in the past, entered politics. At the same time, a new educated young peole of Kurdish intellectual class were in parliament. Some Kurds, who had exiled in the past, entered politics. In these years, we see that Kurds entered politics and there was a Kurdish intellectual movement. These details are shown in the study. The results of the study were evaluated in terms of two major parties of the period, the Democratic Party and Republican People's Party. In addition to the elections,various characteristics of elected deputies were shown during four semesters.
