Abstract

In the master work is analyzing the compensations field of the defendant's damages in regards of provisional safeguards tools, legislation and judicial practice of the Republic of Lithuania. Discussed conditions of provisional safeguards and conditions of indemnification for damages by defendant in relation to application of provisional safeguards. Republic of Lithuanian legal system is compared with the legal systems of other European countries. Draw appropriate conclusions and possible recommendations.
