Opportunities in the labour market: gender equality aspect in Lithuania ; Galimybės darbo rinkoje: lyčių lygybės aspektas Lietuvoje

Abstract

The main priority in the labour market of the European Union (EU) and European Employment Strategy (EES) is gender equality and its policy. One of the most fundamental principles of a modern society in the EU, including Lithuania labour market, is the right toequal opportunities to all women and men. Research method applied are comparitive analysis based on the synthesis of official European Community publications, scientific literature and questionaire.
