Abstract

Novelties of legal guaranteeing of fundamental human rights in the European Union on the example of the Charter of Basic Rights of the European Union as well as issues of its practice application within the legal order of this international establishment are researched. On the basis of this research, the author makes his own propositions as to the improvement of constitutional guaranteeing of human rights in Ukraine. ; Досліджено новели юридичного гарантування основоположних прав людини у Європейському Союзі на прикладі Хартії основних прав Європейського Союзу, а також досліджено проблеми її практичного застосування у правопорядку цього міжнародного формування. З урахуванням цього розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення конститу­ційного гарантування прав людини в Україні.
