Abstract

On the basis of normative legal acts, government documents, reports of High Council for Integration and interview author examined the creation of representative organization of French Muslims. The upper chronological limit associated with the creation of Understanding of Islam in France, lower – the advent of the first full-fledged representative of Muslims of the Republic – French Council of Islam. The author examines the legal framework for the process of institutionalization of the "French Islam", identifies prerequisites, highlights progress and considers the factors that hindered him, describes importance for the state and the Muslim community of France. Focuses on the analysis of measures of Ministers of Interior P. Joxe, Ch. Pasqua, J.-P. Chevenement and N. Sarkozy.Key words: French Republic, the institutionalization, "French Islam", the Charter of Muslim religion, the French Council of Muslim Faith. ; У статті на основі нормативно-правових актів, урядових документів, звітів Вищої ради з питань інтеґрації та інтерв'ю простежено процес формування представницької організації мусульман Франції. Верхня хронологічна межа пов'язана зі створенням Ради Осмислення Ісламу у Франції, нижня – появою першого повноцінного репрезентативного об'єднання мусульман Республіки – Французької Ради Ісламу. Автор розглядає нормативно-правову базу процесу інституціоналізації "французького ісламу", висвітлює його передумови, перебіг, чинники, що впливали на нього, його значення для держави та мусульманської спільноти Французької Республіки. Основний акцент зроблено на аналізі заходів міністрів внутрішніх справ П. Жокса, Ш. Паскви, Ж.-П. Шевенмана та Н.
