Abstract

The concentration of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation, performing by them special large trainings with the combat bring, creation of bases for preparation of saboteur near-by a state border on the east of Ukraine, and transport them through a state border are examined by Ukraine as an unconcealed threat by force. Providing an elective structure of forces and facilities on a state border in the conditions of permanent aggression from the side of Russian Federation possible subject in condition of creation the single system of anti- diversionary defense that built in the controlled border area. The article is devoted to the model of ant sabotage defense in the controlled border district by border units and interacting branches. Using the modeling method, the structure of the object of study, the processes of its functioning and development are described. The model reproduces the properties, links, trends of the studied systems and processes, allow you to evaluate its condition, make a prediction, make an informed effective decision. The specified approach is based on establishing a list of reasons that determine factors that can how to change situations of the researching system, their meaning, and exposure options. The modeling method describes the structure of the object of study, the processes of its functioning and development. This approach is based on establishing a list of causes that determine the factors that may influence on the change of situations in the researching system, the meaning of factors, options for their impact. Taking into account the results of the research makes it possible to identify miscalculations that made in the forces formation and means of border units and interacting branches of their correction and appropriate placement at the borders in the controlled border area. ; Зосередження збройних сил Російської Федерації, проведення ними повномасштабних навчань з бойовою стрільбою, створення баз для підготовки диверсантів поблизу державного кордону на сході України та переправлення їх через державний кордон розглядаються Україною як неприхована загроза силою. Забезпечення ефективної побудови сил та засобів на державному кордоні в умовах постійної агресії зі сторони Російської Федерації можливе при умові створення єдиної системи протидиверсійного захисту, побудованої у контрольованому прикордонному районі. У статті запропонована модель протидиверсійного захисту у контрольованому прикордонному районі прикордонними підрозділами та взаємодіючими органами, що залучаються до посилення та у разі необхідності захисту та оборони державного кордону України. За допомогою методу моделювання описано структуру об'єкта дослідження, процесів його функціонування і розвитку. У моделі відтворюються властивості, зв'язки, тенденції систем і процесів, які досліджуються, що дає змогу оцінити її стан, зробити прогноз, прийняти обґрунтоване ефективне управлінське рішення. Зазначений підхід базується на встановленні переліку причин, які обумовлюють фактори, що можуть впливати на зміну ситуацій в системі, яка досліджується, ваги факторів, варіантів їх впливу. Урахування результатів дослідження дає можливість виявити прорахунки, допущені при побудові сил та засобів прикордонних підрозділів та взаємодіючих органів, їх корегування та доцільне розміщення по рубежах у контрольованому прикордонному районі.
