Features of the social politics of the Kingdom of Norway in the modern stage ; Особливості соціальної політики Королівства Норвегія на сучасному етапі

Abstract

In the article the social policy of Kingdom is investigational Norway and its realization on the modern stage of development of country. In particular, the system of social protection of the state is exposed; basic directions, tasks and principles of realization of social security and social payments, are described. It is set that the social policy of Norway is developed enough and foresees different kinds the social allowance population of country. In particular, payments on unemployment, to disability and others like that. The social protected of population of Norway foresees not only the grant of financial help from the side of the states but also not material, in particular creation of the unique system of registration of free vacancies, preparation and retraining of shots, on numerous free courses. To it follows to add existence of various centers, youth clubs, refuges, services and social projects of called, to render a necessary help the different categories of population. The special attention in Norway is spared the question of health protection, that positively influences on the demographic situation of country. It is found out, that due to economic expansion of country and successful social policy life-span in Norway is high enough. During research an author it is indicated on the lacks of this policy. Without regard to that an unemployment rate in Norway is not considerable, the question of unemployment population sharply appeared in a country. One of reasons distribution of unemployment among the population of capable of working age high social payments became from the side of the state. As a rule, immigrants practise upon such payments which, having a far of children, live due to a money got from the state. ; У статті висвітлена соціальна політика Королівства Норвегія та її реалізація на сучасному етапі розвитку держави. Зокрема, розкрито системусоціального захисту держави; охарактеризовано основні напрямки, завдання та принципи здійснення соціального страхування та соціальних виплат. Встановлено, що соціальна політика Норвегії досить розвинена та передбачає різні види соціальної допомоги населенню країни. Соціальна захищеність населення Норвегії передбачає не лише надання матеріальної допомоги з боку держав, але й не матеріальної, зокрема створення єдиноїсистеми реєстрації вільних вакансій, підготовки і перепідготовки кадрів на численних безкоштовних курсах. До цього слід додати існування різноманітних центрів, молодіжних клубів, притулків, служб та соціальних проектів, покликаних надавати необхідну допомогу різним категоріям населення. Особлива увага у Норвегії приділена питанню охорони здоров'я, що позитивно впливає на демографічну ситуацію країни. З'ясовано, що завдяки економічному процвітанню та вдалій соціальній політиці держави, тривалість життя в Норвегії досить висока. У ході дослідження автором вказано на недоліки даної політики. Незважаючи на те, що рівень безробіття у Норвегії не значний, питання непрацюючого населення гостро постало в країні. Однією із причин поширенню безробіття серед населення працездатного віку стали високі державні соціальні виплати. Як правило, такими виплатами зловживають іммігранти, які, за наявності значної кількості дітей, живуть за рахунок "дитячих коштів", які, отримують від держави.
