Abstract

Sahip olduğu jeopolitik konum itibariyle dünyanın gündeminden hiçbir zaman düşmeyen Ortadoğu Bölgesi, Dünya petrol rezervlerinin 'dan fazlasına sahip olması nedeniyle de dikkatleri üzerine çekmektedir. Yirminci yüzyıldan itibaren sanayi sektörünün gelişmesi, enerjiye olan bağımlılığı her geçen arttırmış ve bunun sonucunda da petrol zengini olan Ortadoğu bölgesini daha cazip hale getirmiştir. Bu doğrultuda günümüzde neredeyse tüm ülkelerin vazgeçilemez ekonomik çıkarı olan petrol, ülkeleri Ortadoğu'ya yönelik çeşitli politikalara yönlendirmiştir. Geçmişten günümüze kadar siyasi kaoslar ile yaşayan ve çeşitli savaşlara tanıklık eden Ortadoğu Coğrafyası günümüzde halen devam eden siyasi çekişmelerin ve işgallerin huzursuzluğunu yaşarken, sahip olduğu zenginliğin cezasını çekmektedir. Seçilmiş dünya ülkelerinin ihtiyaç duydukları enerjinin, politikaları üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etmek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada, bu ülkelerin vazgeçilmezi haline gelen petrol, günümüzde bu ülkelerin siyasi, ekonomik ve askeri politikalarının bir numaralı belirleyicisi haline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda her ülkenin ekonomik çıkarları doğrultusunda hareket ettiğini; fakat günümüzde daha çok güçlü ülkelerin dünya enerji politikalarını belirlediğini, yönettiğini ve dünya petrollerine hakim olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuca ulaşırken bu ülke politikalarına yön veren "Petrol", "Oyun Teorisinin: Mahkumlar İkilemi" kuramından faydalanılarak açıklanmıştır. ; Middle East Region that has never falls from the agenda as its geopolitical position draws the attention because of having more than 60% of World oil reserves. From the twentieth century, the development of the industrial sector has increased energy dependence day by day and consequently the oil-rich Middle East has been more attractive. In this regard, the oil which is an in dispensable economic interests of almost all countries has led the countriest ovarious policy towards the Middle East countries. The Middle East Region which lives with political chaos from the past and witness to the various wars, while facing the unrest of the on going political strife and unrest, it pays for the its wealth. This study made to analize the affect of the energy which the selected countries need on their policy ,the oil which is indispensable for these countries has become the primary determinant of their political, economic and military policies. In this context, it has been reached that each country is moving in the direction of its economic interests but today more powerful countries determine, manage and dominate the World oil the world's energy policy. While reaching this conclusion, It has been explained by benefiting from '' Oil'','' Game Theory: Prisoners Dilemma'' theory which directs this country policy.
