Abstract

В статье рассматривается стратегический курс реформирования отрасли здравоохранения Украины. Приведены нормативные и законодательные акты, как основа стратегического развития учреждений здравоохранения. Рассмотрены принципы стратегического планирования развития медицинских учреждений, переведенных в новый хозяйственно-правовой статус «коммунальные некоммерческие предприятия» (КНП). Приведены элементы управления здравоохранением на региональном уровне. Рассмотрены разделы планирования и этапы разработки стратегического плана КНП. ; The article discusses the direction of the strategic course of reforming the health care industry of Ukraine. The legislative acts as the basis for the strategic development of health facilities are given. The principles of strategic planning of the development of medical inst itutions, transferred to the new status of "Municipal non-profit enterprises" (RNI) are considered. The creative elements of regional health management are given. The sections of planning and stages of the development of a strategic plan for KNI are considered.
