Abstract

В статті особлива увага приділена особливостям взаємодії між військовим керівником та його підлеглими. Визначено закономірності мотиваційно-цільової взаємодії командирів в проблемних міжособистісних ситуаціях. Встановлено, що основним психологічним механізмом, за допомогою якого здійснюється боротьба мотивів, є узгодження їх цілей і інтересів. Найчастіше це виявляється в тих ситуаціях, де суперечність виникає між керівником і підлеглим. Доведено, що основною закономірністю емоційної взаємодії командирів у проблемній міжособистісній ситуації є посилення регулятивної ролі емоцій та переживань в діях офіцерів. Розглянуто стратегії поведінки військових керівників в проблемних ситуаціях, які можуть реалізовуватись через різноманітні тактики. ; The article pays special attention to the peculiarities of interaction between the military leader and his subordinates. Regularities of motivational-target interaction of commanders in problematic interpersonal situations are determined. It is established that the main psychological mechanism by which the struggle of motives is carried out is the coordination of their goals and interests. This is most often the case in situations where a contradiction arises between the leader and the subordinate. It has been proven that the main regularity of the emotional interaction of commanders in a problematic interpersonal situation is the strengthening of the regulatory role of emotions and experiences in the actions of officers. The strategies of military leaders' behavior in problem situations, which can be implemented through various tactics are considered.
