Abstract

В статье на основе архивных материалов, часть из которых вводится в научный оборот впервые, анализируется обоснованность применения понятия запасная столица применительно к городу Куйбышеву военных лет, рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с эвакуацией правительственных учреждений и большой миграцией населения СССР в город на Волге, раскрываются особенности социальных настроений населения запасной столиц, рассматриваются факторы, влиявшие на динамику настроений. ; The article is based on archival materials, some of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, analyzes the validity of the use of the concept of "spare capital" in relation to the city of Kuibyshev of the war years, examines the problems associated with the evacuation of government agencies and the large migration of the USSR population to the city on the Volga, features of social sentiments of the population of spare capitals are revealed, factors influencing dynamics of sentiments are viewed.
