Інноваційні процеси в освіті як фактор її успіху ; Innovation Processes in Education as the Factor of its Success

Abstract

У статті автором визначено основні чинники інноваційного розвитку освіти: інноваційний вищий навчальний заклад, інноваційне середовище, інноваційні процеси, інноваційні технології; схарактеризовано особливості організації та здійснення системи впливів, що забезпечують реалізацію інноваційної ідеї, забезпечують успішні конкурентні переваги як конкретного закладу, так і національної освіти в цілому. Університет, що відповідає вимогам і запитам інноваційного суспільства, потребує не тільки внутрішньої демократизації, а й суттєвого підвищення статусу науковця і викладача вищої школи. Це є однією з рамкових умов розгортання інноваційних процесів в академічному середовищі. До змістового комплексу сучасної ідеї університету входить нова гуманістична модель спеціаліста, складовими якої є високий рівень професійної підготовки, здатність до саморозвитку, самоосвіти й самореалізації, критичне мислення, громадянська свідомість і відповідальність, що реалізується через інноваційні технології. ; The author defines in the article the basic terms of innovation development of education: innovation higher educational establishment, innovation environment, innovation processes, innovation technologies; system of influences on the organization and implementation characteristic features that ensure realisation of innovative ideas and provide successful competitive advantages both for the particular educational establishment and for the national education on the whole, are determined. At the present stage innovative way of higher education development in Ukraine is the only possible option for its success, vivid indication of which are: new educational ideology, transition from mere knowledge transfer from a teacher to a student to personality development, activation of personality's creative activity, student's aptitude for independent activity and flexibility; elaboration of regional educational concepts and programs in accordance with cultural and historical peculiarities and objectively specified public demand in personnel taking into consideration the labour-market. The University that meets the requirements and demands of the innovative society should not only correspond to internal democratization, but also significantly enhance its research status – that of a higher school teacher. It is one of the conditions for innovation processes' enhancement in the academic environment. To the instructive complex of University's contemporary concepts refers a new humanistic pattern of a specialist that includes a high level of professional training, capacity for self-development, self-education and self-realization, critical thinking, civic consciousness and responsibility that get fulfilled through innovation technologies. The author acknowledges the opinion expressed by many scientists about the fact that higher educational establishments, the activity of which is based on the clearly determined theoretical and methodological foundation of innovations creation and realization, produce stable results in qualitatively new indicators of scientific, teaching and educational, scientific-methodological and production activities. Innovative educational establishment defines developmental strategy that leads to systemic changes in the aims, structure, context and technologies of teaching and educational process. The main characteristics of innovative higher educational establishments are permanent renovation and self-development on the basis of the analysis of its work.
