Abstract

У статті подано характеристику цілей, принципів, стратегій та механізмів освітніх реформ, здійснюваних лейбористськими урядами під проводом Т.Блера у 1997- 2002 рр. Показано відмінність реформаторської політики лейбористських урядів від попередніх – консервативних. Проаналізовано досягнення та недоліки реформ, їх причини. ; The article describes the goals, principles, strategies and mechanisms of educational reforms undertaken by the Labor government under the leadership of T. Blair in 1997-2002. The distinction between the reformist policies of the Labor Government from the previous ones ‒ conservative is shown. The achievements and shortcomings of reforms and their causes are analyzed.
