Yazılım Desteği ile Kantitatif Karar Verme: Siyasi Partilerde Örnek Bir Uygulama ; Quantitative Decision Making With the Aid of Software Application: a Case Study in Political Parties

Abstract

DergiPark: 246138 ; trakyafbd ; Karmaşık yapıdaki karar problemlerini ele almak konusunda klasik mantık ve klasik küme kavramı yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bulanık mantık, bu ihtiyaca etkili biçimde cevap vermektedir. Araştırmalar göstermektedir ki parti içi aday belirleme süreçlerinde kararlar genellikle merkezden bir yönetim vasıtasıyla sezgisel olarak alınmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, aslında bulanık girdileri olan parti içi aday gösterme süreçleri kantitatif bir analiz ile ele alınmakta, rasyonel ve objektif bir yöntem önerilmektedir. Çalışmada bir parti için aday belirleme sürecinde adayın sahip olması gereken özellikler belirlenmiş, bu özelliklerin önem derecesi uzman görüşü ile saptanmış ve uygun bir çözüm modeli önerilmiştir. Bu çözüm modeli bir web tabanlı bir bilgisayar program ile desteklenmiştir. ; Classic logic and classic set concepts are insufficient about handling the complex form of the decision problems. Fuzzy logic gives efficient response to this requirement. Researches show that during the process of candidate selection in the parties, decisions usually made by the party rule from headquarters by intuitively. In this study, nomination process of a candidate within the parties, in fact has fuzzy entries, discussed with quantitative analysis, a rational and objective method is recommended. In the study, during the process of candidate selection in the parties, the qualifications that a candidate should have are identified, the importance degrees of these qualifications are determined by the expert opinion and an adequate solution model is suggested. This solution model is supported by a web-based computer program.
