Abstract

[ES] Photo as a means of graphic representation is a common tool and approximation applied to the analysis of the territory with a functional purpose. The photographic project "Visible Structures" raises a reflection on the landscape on the basis of the documentation of sediments from discontinued buildings. The article develops a proposal to represent the sensitive territory with a critical reading of the relations between economy and landscape transformation, while referring to a number of issues related to critical assumptions of photographic representation in contemporary artistic discourse such as graphical mediation and memory.
