A new engagement, or, Manifesto wherein is declared the sence and resolution of many thousands of well-affected people in and about London, and some adjacent counties (viz. Kent, Hartford, Buckingham, and Berks, &c.) who seeing all present authorities to be perverted from their naturall end, the peoples safety, are necessitated to invite all faithfull Englishmen to put themselves into a posture of defending their own and countries liberties, and to labour for a speedy establishment of a just and equall government.
