Abstract

"All releases from the Research Department of the Kansas Legislative Council are now included in a single numerical series and each report has been assigned a 'publication number'. Serieal numbers were assigned in the case of publication nos. 41 and 42, . the first was called 'Research report no. 41' and the second was called 'Bulletin, no. 42'.
