POLITICAL MILITANCY IN THE FCE-UBA: AN APPROACH FROM THE SOCIOLOGY OF ORGANIZATIONS ; MILITANCIA POLÍTICA EN LA FCE-UBA: UN ABORDAJE DESDE LA SOCIOLOGIA DE LAS ORGANIZACIONES

Abstract

The aim of the paper consists in a sociological approach to the phenomenon of student activism in the Faculty of Economics (FCE) at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Through interviews with activists and student surveys, we try to analyze the motivations that drive the actions of the participants in students organizations and the mutual expectations between them and the students who do not participate, and the degree of coincidence between them. ; El objetivo del artículo es realizar un abordaje sociológico sobre el fenómeno de la militancia estudiantil en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas (FCE) de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). Mediante entrevistas con los militantes y encuestas a los estudiantes, se intentan analizar las motivaciones que impulsan el accionar de los militantes y las expectativas recíprocas entre éstos y el estudiantado, y en qué grado son coincidentes.
