Influencia del constitucionalismo francés en Colombia legislación agraria en Colombia 1930 – 1945 en cifras

Abstract

La tesis tiene como objetivo la aplicación de un método bibliométrico a una investigación cuantitativa, esto es, pone en cifras la legislación agraria en Colombia entre los años 1930 y 1945. Aparejado con éste propósito se ausculta la influencia de preceptos constitucionales y legales, con la pretensión primordial de medir la influencia del constitucionalismo francés. Para tales fines se implementa una ficha de recolección de fuentes primarias que explora, examina y sistematiza los periódicos del Congreso de la República de Colombia (Anales), para luego validar sus datos en cuatro grandes componentes: documentos, autores, textos y preceptos; precedidos de una "Reseña Histórica" que los contextualiza en la época. La parametrización de los datos ofrece un rico "menú" de información establecido en gráficas, tablas y textos que dan cuenta, de manera pormenorizada, de frecuencias y porcentajes que establecen ítems significativos y concluyentes que pueden ser utilizados en investigaciones cualitativas o doctorales. ; Abstract. The thesis has like objective the application of a bibliométrico method to a quantitative investigation, this is, enciphers the agrarian legislation in Colombia between years 1930 and 1945. Prepared with this one intention the influence of constitutional and legal rules is examine, with the fundamental pretension to measure the influence of the French constitutionals. For such aims a card of harvesting of primary sources is implemented that explores, examines and systematizes newspapers of the Congress of the Republic of Colombia (Annals), soon to validate its data in four great components: documents, authors, texts and rules; preceded of one 'Historical Review' that the contextualize at the time. The processing of the data offers rich 'menu' of information established in graphs, tables and texts that give account, of detailed way, of frequencies and percentage that establish significant and conclusive items that they can be used in qualitative or doctoral investigations. ; Maestría
