Abstract

The human right to peace is presented as a right recognized from international law, and its materialization generates the realization of a full life. In Colombia we have, for your reach, a device that is transitional justice. In this article we inquire about the sufficiency of this mechanism, taking into account the particular circumstances of our social and political context, on the one hand, and on the other on the national, jurisprudential and constitutional perspective to achieve the human right to peace. and the construction of peace in the Colombian post-conflict. ; El derecho humano a la paz se presenta como derecho reconocido desde el derecho internacional, y su materialización genera la realización de una vida plena. En Colombia disponemos, para su alcance, de un dispositivo que es la justicia transicional. En este artículo indagamos en torno a la suficiencia de este mecanismo, teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias particulares de nuestro contexto social y político, por una parte, y por la otra sobre la perspectiva nacional, jurisprudencial y constitucional por alcanzar el derecho humano a la paz y la construcción de paz en el posconflicto colombiano.
