Abstract

En esta aportación se hace un nuevo balance coyuntural de la convergencia constitucional en la Unión Europea, hecho que precisa de una constante actualización. Este balance se plantea en plena crisis europeísta, puesto que si la constitucionalización europea ha sufrido un revés innegable, no sucede así con los frutos de la convergencia, que siempre suponen pasos firmes e irreversibles hacia el espacio europeo. ; This contribution brings a new balance of the constitutional convergence in the European Union, which requires a constant updating. This balance comes in full European crisis, thought contrary to European constitutionalisation undeniable setback, the fruits of the convergence remind implying a firm and irreversible steps toward the European space.
