Abstract

En la evolución de la nanotecnología encontramos una excelente ilustración de la forma en que se producen, en nuestra época, las interacciones entre lo económico y lo tecnocientífico. Nos ofrece, además, una ejemplificación elocuente de cómo, en esa interacción, tienden a ser escamoteadas cuestiones que poseen una trascendencia ética de primer orden y que deberían situarse en el debate ético y político en un lugar de preponderancia. ; In the evolution of nanotechnology we find an excellent illustration of how any in our time, interactions between the economic and the techno-scientific are produced in our time. It also offers an eloquent exemplification of how, in that interaction, questions that have a first-order ethical significance tend to be evaded while they deserve a place of prominence in the ethical and political debate.
