Abstract

The Comprehensive Rural Reform is the first topic of the first and the second final Agreement for the ending of the conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace, signed between the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP. It contains progressive advances favorable tothe peasantry, it contributes positively to the political solution of the armed conflict, related in its origins to the Colombian agrarian problem, which is still current and pending a democratic agrarian reform. ; El tema de la reforma rural integral constituye el Punto 1 del primero y segundo Acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera, suscritos entre el gobierno de Colombia y las FARC-EP. Contiene avances progresistas favorables a los campesinos y contribuye positivamente a la solución política del conflicto armado, ligado en sus orígenes al problema agrario colombiano, vigente aún y pendiente de una reforma agraria democrática.
