Abstract

This article studies the evolution of the Summit of Heads of State and Government of South American and Arab Countries -ASPA-, which is a forum for policy coordination among countries and a mechanism for cooperation in the field of economy, culture, education, science and technology preservation of the environment in these two regions, taking into account multilateral and bilateral relations. ; Este artículo analiza la evolución de la Cumbre América del Sur-Países Árabes (ASPA), foro de coordinación política y cooperación birregional en las esferas política, económica, cultural, ambiental, social y científico - tecnológico entre los países de estas dos regiones; tomando en cuenta no solo las relaciones multilaterales sino también bilaterales entre los países de ambas regiones.
