EMPRESARIOS O EMPLEADOS: UNA PERSPECTIVA DEL POTENCIAL EMPRESARIAL DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA FCA

Abstract

One of the main objectives of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos is to form professional businesspeople, for organizations of production and services, engaged with the socioeconomic development of our country. The current research is the result of a study tha determined the business potential of the students of this faculty comprised in the admission years from 2001 to 2005. It has been worked with a probabilistic sample of 212 students, of which 112 were men and 100 women, between 17 and 35 years of age. The test to identify potential managers provided by the Integral Community of Development (CID) non governmental organism (NGO) and sponsored by the UNESCO presented validity and reliability. The comparisons demonstrated in general that a 50% of the students has until 85% of chances of having an own business and only a 4% of them has a 95% of probabilities to get it. ; Uno de los principales objetivos de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas (FCA) de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) es formar profesionales empresarios para organizaciones de producción y servicios, comprometidos con el desarrollo socioeconómico de nuestro país. La presente investigación es el resultado de un estudio en donde se determinó el potencial empresarial de los alumnos de la FCA pertenecientes a los años de ingreso 2001 al 2005. Se ha trabajado con una muestra probabilística de 212 alumnos, de los cuales 112 eran hombres y 100 mujeres, entre 17 y 35 años de edad. La Prueba para Identificar Empresarios Potenciales proporcionada por el Colectivo Integral de Desarrollo (CID), Organismo No Gubernamental (ONG) patrocinada por la UNESCO, mostró validez y confiabilidad. Las comparaciones demostraron en general que un 50% de los alumnos tiene hasta un 85% de probabilidades de tener su propia empresa, y solo un 4% de ellos, tiene un 95% de probabilidades de tenerla.
