Abstract

The article provides possible links between popular educators and social workers, from the genesis of both, and its materialisation in the history of Latin America and Colombia. Find points of agreement from the historical and political contextualization policies that allowed its development and changes resulting from the rise of neoliberalism, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Soviet model of economy and politics. ; Este artículo establece posibles relaciones entre los educadores populares y los educadores sociales, a partir de su génesis y de su materialización en la historia latinoamericana y colombiana.
