Abstract

Services sociocultural contain in their dynamics elements that for his correct development they need to implicate all of the actors that they make easy and they strengthen the participation, the collective learning of sincere and continuous way, as well as the confrontation to the climatic change. The Investigation, identify risk factors and Brazo of the Bridge, proposes environmental actions at the lagoon focused to improve services intervening socioculturales sensitization, the perception, the overtaking decisions, the environmental education and the application of instruments and ground ruleses that evidence the responsibility out of every sector and of the community on the environmental conditions of his most immediate surroundings. The investigation applies methods of the qualitative and quantitative paradigm, utilizing the methodology of the – pilots, empiricists and statisticians – Communicative Investigation with methods, and fact-finding theoretic roads Action. The results evidence the need to acquire and to offer knowledge on the wetland's complexity, as well as laying plans and applying tools for an adequate step that the degradation of the ecosystem revert and at the same time, may satisfy the requests of the services socioculturales, what one of the big challenges for the local government constitutes. The application of the proposal can have an effect on the recuperation of the ecosystem through the appropriation of significances and environmental value, propitiating spaces that get better and the services enlarge socioculturales and they increase the power of the human well-being. ; Los servicios socioculturales contienen en su dinámica elementos que para su correcto desarrollo precisan implicar todos los actores que facilitan y fortalecen la participación, el aprendizaje colectivo, de manera abierta y continua, así como el enfrentamiento al cambio climático. El presente artículo se realizó entre los años 2018-2020 en el municipio Río Cauto, provincia Granma. La investigación identifica factores de riesgo y, para ello, centra su objetivo en proponer acciones ambientales en la laguna Brazo de la Puente, enfocadas a mejorar los servicios socioculturales mediante la sensibilización, la percepción, la toma de decisiones, la educación ambiental y la aplicación de instrumentos y normativas que muestran la responsabilidad de cada sector y de la comunidad sobre las condiciones ambientales de su entorno más inmediato. Se vinculan los paradigmas cualitativo y cuantitativo, utilizando la metodología de la Investigación- Acción- Participativa, con métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. Los resultados muestran la necesidad de adquirir y brindar conocimientos sobre la complejidad de los humedales, así como diseñar y aplicar herramientas para una adecuada gestión, que revierta la degradación del ecosistema y, al mismo tiempo, pueda satisfacer las demandas de los servicios socioculturales, lo que constituye uno de los grandes desafíos para el Gobierno local. La aplicación de la propuesta puede incidir en la recuperación del ecosistema a través de la apropiación de los significados y valor ambiental, propiciando espacios que mejoren y amplíen los servicios socioculturales y potencien el bienestar humano.
