Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE), es un tema que ha sido ampliamente abordado en las últimas décadas, pero por la gran cantidad de aristas que se manejan de este importante tópico, no se ha logrado definir una conceptualización que tenga aceptación generalizada. Un aspecto clave en el desarrollo de la RSE es que el vínculo que se dé entre las organizaciones y la sociedad, se fragüe por convicción de las empresas y no que sea producto de imposición de organismos gubernamentales, ya que dejaría de ser voluntaria, y por tanto, no encuadraría como RSE propiamente dicha. Esta investigación presenta los conceptos teóricos básicos y los aspectos claves vinculados con la RSE, ello producto de revisión de investigaciones relacionadas con el tema. La finalidad fundamental del estudio se enfocó en vincular a la RSE con el comportamiento ético y financiero de las empresas, así como su repercusión en la sociedad. ; The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), is a subject that has been largely managed in recent decades, but by the large number of edges that are handled on this important topic, is not has failed define a conceptualization that has widespread acceptance.A key aspect in the development of CSR is that link that could occur between organizations and society, is to harden and strengthen enterprises conviction that is not product of imposition of governmentagencies, since it would be voluntary, and therefore, not framed as CSR itself.
