PERANAN CAMAT KECAMATAN TEBO ULU KABUPATEN TEBO DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN

Abstract

Subdistricts are administrative regions in Indonesia under one regency or city headed by a Camat,the enactment of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government so that in addition to carrying out general duties the Camat also obtains a portion of the authority of the Regent or Mayor in the administration of government as well as in Tebo Ulu District Tebo Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study are (1) What is the role of the Camat in the implementation of government administration in Tebo Ulu Subdistrict ?, (2) What are the obstacles faced by the camat in the administration of government in Tebo Ulu Subdistrict? in the administration of government in Tebo Ulu District?. This type of research is sociological juridical with primary data sources, namely direct and secondary interviews of literature document studies and legislation, data analysis used is qualitative analysis. Research Results (1) The role of the Camat in the implementation of governance in Tebo Ulu Subdistrict is to carry out the task of the sub-district in order to improve the coordination of government administration, one of which is public service performed to realize democratic governance. (2) Constraints faced are community services, human resources and facilities and infrastructure. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles are to increase the provision of facilities that support the quality of public services and the interaction between the Camat and employees and the community in providing direct motivation.
