Abstract

The purpose of this work is to identify the possible existence and recognition of collective rights, in the law on the legal constitution of churches and religious organizations. Likewise, references will be made to our Political Constitution and other legal bodies, only insofar as they are necessary to explain a collective right that is protected by the improperly named "Law of Cult". ; El presente trabajo, tiene por objeto identificar la posible existencia y reconocimiento de derechos colectivos, en la ley sobre constitución jurídica de las iglesias y organizaciones religiosas. Asimismo, se realizarán referencias a nuestra Constitución Política y otros cuerpos jurídicos, sólo en cuanto sean necesarias para explicitar un derecho colectivo que se encuentre amparado por la denominada impropiamente "Ley de Culto".
