Multiple Genome Sequences of Lactobacillus pentosus Strains Isolated from Biofilms on the Skin of Fermented Green Table Olives

Abstract

The draft genome sequences of five Lactobacillus pentosus strains isolated from biofilms on the skin of green table olives are presented here.
