The scandal as a form of political domination ; El escándalo como forma de dominación política

Abstract

The text is not intended to provide solutions to a well-known problem within the guild of political scientists and lawyers. This phenomenon is currently generating, in varying degrees, an extensive intellectual production and a critical reflection, which aims to shed some light on the way and the way of functioning of political systems in this era of dissolution of the old system of management international, after the fall of the wall and the decomposition of the former Eastern Bloc. The accent falls especially on the democratic political systems in the orbit of the Western world where the emergence of certain 'perverse' processes would seem to presage the fact of a deep crisis of the representative systems. Of this they give account the news and reports that appear in the press and in the rest of the means, referred to a series of public scandals. ; El texto no pretende aportar soluciones a un problema harto conocido al interior del gremio de los politólogos y juristas. Tal fenómeno está en la actualidad generando, en diversos grados, una extensa producción intelectual y una reflexión critica, que pretende arrojar un poco de luz sobre el modo y la forma de funcionamiento de los sistemas políticos en esta época de disolución del antiguo sistema de ordenación internacional, tras la caída del muro y la descomposición del antiguo Bloque del Este. El acento recae especialmente en los sistemas políticos democráticos en la órbita del mundo occi­dental donde la emergencia de ciertos procesos 'perversos' parecerían presagiar el hecho de una profunda crisis de los sistemas representativos . De ello dan cuenta las noticias e informes que aparecen en la prensa y en el resto de los medios, referidos a una serie de escándalos públicos.
