The dialectic of power and ideology in international relations ; La dialéctica del poder y la ideología en las relaciones internacionales

Abstract

What role do the micro-powers play in the facts of the international system? If the micropowers are took exclusively as a game in the internal politics, it has lost a theoretical frame of great conceptual importance. Without place to doubts, the macro-powers that are in the international system, will be determined by smaller relationships of powers that in an undetermined articulation, they will be able to create structures and institutions that will respond to some specifi c speeches, those which will be product of an ideology whose minimum component is the ideas and the communication among them. This net of the human relationships will give as consequence mega structures in the international system: countries, organizations and empires. To study and to understand the linguistic force that is given in the international relations as practice, will allow opening new theoretical fi elds for the international relations as science ; ¿Qué papel juegan los micro-poderes en los fenómenos que afectan el sistema internacional? Si se ubican dichos micro-poderes exclusivamente como un juego de la polí- tica interna, se está perdiendo un marco teórico de gran riqueza conceptual. Sin lugar a dudas, los macro-poderes que se encuentran en el sistema internacional, van a ser determinados por relaciones más pequeñas que en una articulación indeterminada, las cuales crean estructuras e instituciones que responden a unos discursos específi cos, que a su vez van a ser producto de una ideología, cuyo componente mínimo son las ideas y la comunicación entre ellas. Este tejido de las relaciones humanas va a dar como consecuencia las mega-estructuras del sistema internacional: países, organizaciones e imperios. Estudiar y comprender la fuerza lingüística que se da en las relaciones internacionales como práctica, va a permitir abrir nuevos campos teóricos para las relaciones internacionales como ciencia.
