Los pecados veniales en las Partidas y en el Setenario : dos versiones de Graciano, Decretum D.25 c.3

Abstract

Tras presentar un esquema general de cómo se concibe y se describe el pecado en la legislación alfonsí, cotejo un texto del Decretum de Graciano sobre los pecados veniales con dos versiones en castellano que figuran en las Partidas y el Setenario, respectivamente; analizo sobre todo los trozos añadidos en las versiones castellanas y concluyo que la versión de las Partidas es anterior a la del Setenario. After presenting a general scheme of how sin es conceptualized and described in the Alfonsine legislation, 1 collate a text from the Decretum of Gratian on venial sins with two Castilian versions that appear in the Siete Partidas and in the Setenario, resp.; 1 analyze in particular the passages added to the original in the Castilian versions and conclude that the version of the Partidas is earlier than that of the Setenario.
