Telegram from Mr. V. Ayora M., Secretary of the Partido Socialista Independiente (Independent Socialist Party) of Yucatán to Gen. Alvaro Obregón, requesting the return of military detachments to Mérida because members of the Partido Constitucionalista (Constitutionalist Party) and the Liga Central de Resistencia (Central Resistance League) are causing disturbances and committing murders.
