During the Convention in Ciudad Victoria proposals and initiatives were discussed such as: Tamaulipas being declared the first port of the Republic; Election regulations; Highway construction; Establishment of schools and social and economic improvement for women. Se propuso como candidato a la Presidencia al Gral. Obregón.
