Abstract

Notes dated January 1922 and April 1923, respectively, relative to the statements made by President Alvaro Obregón on reciprocity and its lack of validity, and the necessity to create a world court to resolve controversies which result from international treaties. At the end of each note, it is specified that "This copy was taken from the note that can be found in file 103-A-30 of the Archive of the Personal Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic". / Minutas fechadas en enero de 1922 y abril de 1923 respectivamente, relativas a unas declaraciones que hizo el Presidente Alvaro Obregón sobre la reciprocidad y su falta de validez y sobre la necesidad de crear en el mundo un tribunal que resuelva las controversias que surjan con motivo de los tratados internacionales. Al final de cada minuta se especifica que "Esta copia fue sacada de la minuta que obra en el expediente 103-A-30 del Archivo de la Secretaría Particular de la Presidencia de la República".
