" File originally titled "File with notes by Mr. Francisco S. Aldaco that say: Recognition Conferences. Telegrams exchanged with A. de la Huerta. 1923". The file includes telegrams exchanged among President Alvaro Obregón, Mr. Adolfo de la Huerta, Mr. Guerra Carvajal and Engr. Luis L. León, regarding the following: diplomatic recognition of Obregón's government by the government of the United States; the designation of commissioners from both governments to negotiate the recognition in conferences that will be held in Mexico City; the objections of Mr. de la Huerta to the subjects that will be dealt with during the Conference, which were published by the American press. Gen. Obregón responds, indicating he has not compromised nor will he compromise the future and sovereignty of the nation under any circumstance. / Expediente titulado originalmente ""Expediente con anotaciones del Sr. Francisco S. Contiene telegramas cruzados entre el Presidente Alvaro Obregón, el Sr. Adolfo de la Huerta, el Sr. Guerra Carvajal y el Ing. Luis L. León, relativos al reconocimiento diplomático del gobierno de Obregón por el gobierno norteamericano; sobre la designación de comisionados de ambos gobiernos para negociar el reconocimiento en conferencias que se efectuarán en la ciudad de México; de las objeciones del Ing. Luis León al nombramiento del Lic. Fernando González Roa como representante de México; a las objeciones del Sr. De la Huerta a los temas que se tratarán durante las Conferencias y que fueron publicados por la prensa norteamericana a lo que el Gral. Obregón responde que no ha comprometido y no comprometerá el futuro y la soberanía de la nación bajo ninguna circunstancia."
