Abstract

Telegrams exchanged between Gen. Plutarco Elías Calles and the following people: private citizens, the presidents of the Convention of the National Revolutionary Party, Governors, the Trenista Union, the Egeka Poultry Processing factory and the Workers and Handcrafters Party of Puebla. Said telegrams concern scheduling of appointments, authorization for the border traffic in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, mailing of Gen. Calles' picture, report on the nomination of candidate for governor of Aguascalientes in favor of Enrique Osornio Camarena, requests for appointments, appreciation for greetings, notification of the election win of Gen. Gabriel R. Guevara as Governor, mediation in the matter of the Santa Bárbara poultry farm, endorsements of Gen. Plutarco Elías Calles, mediation to favor Tomás Garrido Canabal's banana business, suspension of appointments (meeting with people) due to illness, mediation in the matter of opposing the reinstatement of railroad workers in Gómez Palacio, Durango, notification of the application of the Code of Civil Procedure in the Federal District, requests for instructions to negotiate with Europe, appointment of the Honorary President of the Workers and Handcrafters from Puebla, a request for being granted a franchise of luggage, reports on the social peace in Chiapas. / Telegramas entre el Gral.
