Abstract

История ближневосточного конфликта фокусируется на переговорах и посреднических миссиях. Механизмы многосторонней дипломатии позволяют не только проводить саммиты, но и аккумулировать ресурсы для реагирования на гуманитарные кризисы и организовывать масштабные проекты для оказания помощи. В настоящей статье рассматривается как, наряду с политическим диалогом о судьбе палестинских беженцев, выстраивалась работа ООН по оказанию непосредственной помощи палестинцам. В статье прослеживается работа Согласительной комиссии, Органа ООН по оказанию помощи палестинским беженцам и причины создания Ближневосточного агентства по оказанию помощи палестинским беженцам и организации работ. ; The historiography of the Middle East conflict focuses predominantly on negotiations and mediation missions. But multilateral organizations, such as the UN, could also accumulate resources for responding to humanitarian crises and organize large-scale projects to provide immediate relief. The article analysis the United Nations' role in upholding political dialogue on the fate of Palestinian refugees and providing direct assistance to the Palestinians.The article traces the work of the UN Conciliation Commission, the UN Relief for Palestine Refugees (UNRPR), and the reasons for the establishment of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East and the organization of work.
