Sustainable Development of the Worker Through Dignified Work ; Desarrollo sostenible del trabajador a través del trabajo decente

Abstract

The objective of the following research is to design a model of sustainable worker development from the perspective of decent work and human rights, based on the 2030 agenda for sustainable development, to eradicate social, economic and environmental problems. It is a documentary research with explanatory scope, carried out through the analysis of scientific articles and publications of international organizations. It is necessary for workers to have access to dignified and decent employment, since through it, they can participate equitably in the wealth generated, as well as obtaining access to quality healthcare and education services, and social security systems alike, and thus attaining a dignified life and self-realization, through time. Since sustainable development is part of the fundamental rights of the worker, the Constitution grants them legal protection and obliges the government to guarantee them. ; El objetivo en la presente investigación es diseñar un modelo del desarrollo sostenible del trabajador desde la perspectiva del trabajo decente y los derechos humanos, con base en la agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible, que permita erradicar los problemas sociales, económicos y ambientales. Es una investigación de tipo documental con alcance explicativo, realizada mediante el análisis de artículos científicos y publicaciones de organismos internacionales. Es necesario que el trabajador tenga acceso a un empleo digno y decente, ya que, a través de este puede participar equitativamente en la riqueza generada, así como acceder a servicios de salud y educación con calidad y sistemas de seguridad social, para que alcance una vida digna y de autorrealización plena, a través del tiempo. Que al ser el desarrollo sostenible parte de los derechos fundamentales para el trabajador, la constitución les otorga protección jurídica y obliga al gobierno a garantizarlos.
