Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сутність інвестиційного потенціалу з позицій інвестиційної привабливості та інвестиційних можливостей підприємницької діяльності. Автором розмежовано ці поняття з метою формування ефективної системи управління інвестиційним потенціалом підприємства в кризових умовах його діяльності. В ході дослідження обґрунтовано та доведено потребу в формуванні інвестиційної привабливості підприємства як елементу антикризового управління. Окрім того, автором запропоновано базовий алгоритм встановлення рівня інвестиційного потенціалу підприємницької діяльності з метою вдосконалення механізму антикризового управління. В статті обґрунтовано, що одним із доречних у кризових умовах напрямів інвестування є інноваційна діяльність підприємства. Таким чином, в результаті дослідження автором доведено, що антикризове управління інвестиційним потенціалом підприємства з позиції інвестиційної привабливості та інвестиційних можливостей є одним із дієвих та ефективних інструментів протидії кризовому стану. ; In modern conditions of management, a significant part of Ukraine's enterprises is in difficult economic conditions due to political and economic instability, currency fluctuations and impoverishment of the population. The limited financial resources of business entities necessitate the search for additional sources of funds, both for support and for expanding of activities. Thus, the analysis of the role and place of the investment potential of entrepreneurial activities in Ukraine is of particular relevance. Accordingly, the purpose of the article is to study the role and potential of investment activity in the system of crisis management. The article analyzes the essence of the concepts of investment potential from the point of view of investment attractiveness and investment opportunities of entrepreneurial activities. The author delimits these concepts in order to form an effective system of management by investment potential of an enterprise in crisis conditions of its activities. The research substantiates and demonstrates the need to shape investment attractiveness of an enterprise as an element of crisis management. In addition, the author offers a basic algorithm for establishing the level of investment potential of entrepreneurship in order to improve the mechanism of crisis management. The article substantiates that innovative enterprise activities are one of investment-related directions in crisis conditions. Thus, as a result of the study, the author has proven that crisis management by investment potential of the enterprise from the point of view of investment attractiveness and investment opportunities is one of effective tools for counteracting the crisis situation.
