Abstract

On the basis of the international experience of employment of hired workers in military formations and resource opportunities of i Interior Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine the organizational and staff structure of recruiting units and approaches to professional and psychological selection of recruiters is offered. ; З урахуванням міжнародного досвіду зайнятості найманих працівників у військових формуванняхта ресурсних можливостей внутрішніх військ МВС України запропоновано організаційно-штатнуструктуру вербувального підрозділу та підходи до професійно-психологічного відбору вербувальників
